At this stage you will be asked to pay a non-refundable booking fee of £95 + VAT per applicant, £95 + VAT for a guarantor this helps to secure your booking and ensure it is held for you. You can pay by:
Housing Hand provides a guarantor service for students and young overseas professionals who are unable to provide a satisfactory UK based guarantor. If you don’t have a UK based guarantor you can utilise the service that Housing Hand offers, simply apply to Housing Hand Guarantor Service at www.housinghand.co.uk/apply

4. Making checks
Reference checks begin once you have paid your booking fee.
Once you receive an offer of accommodation you will need to check your details, read through your tenancy agreement and agree your payment options. You will then need to send all relevant documentation back to us and sign the contract.
5. Methods of payment
As mentioned above there are three different payment methods that you can choose from:

Please pay your first installment, then you are ready to move in!
Single Payment – no UK guarantor needed
All short term contracts are a single payment only (minimum stay of 3 months)
Monthly – suitable with UK guarantors only
Long term contracts for a minimum of 6 months.
First payment 6 weeks in advance and then each month on a set date onwards.
