1. Short or long stay?

Choose whether you are looking to stay for 3-6 months or 6+ months.

Our studios show a selection available for each time period.

If you can’t find what you are looking for, please call our Resident Services Manager

2. Arrange a viewing

Make an appointment to see the studio in person by calling 0333 210 0043.
If you are overseas, you can organise a Facetime viewing with our onsite Resident Services Manager by calling the same number.

3. Make a booking

At this stage, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable booking fee of £95 + VAT per applicant. Alternatively, it is £95 + VAT for a guarantor. This helps to secure your booking and to make sure it is held for you. You can pay by:

Debit Card
Bank Transfer

Housing Hand provides a guarantor service for students and young overseas professionals who are unable to provide a satisfactory UK based guarantor. 4. Making checks

We will start our reference checks as soon you pay your booking fee.

Once you receive an offer of accommodation, you will need to check your details, read through your tenancy agreement and agree your payment options. After this, you will then need to send all relevant documentation back to us and sign your contract.

5. Methods of payment

As mentioned above, we have three different payment methods that you can choose from:

Bank Transfer

We have a range of payment options, including monthly instalments or single payment. Please talk to our team to find out which one of our options suits you best.

After you pay your first instalment, you are ready to move in!

Payment options

Single Payment – no UK guarantor needed
All short-term contracts are a single payment only (minimum stay of 3 months)

Monthly – suitable with UK guarantors only
Long-term contracts for a minimum of 6 months.
First payment is due 6 weeks in advance, and then each month on a set date from that point on.
